Q&A：

• Q:How is it packed?

A:If the planks are shorter than five meters, we will pack them on wooden pallets and load them into containers.

If your boards are longer than five meters, we will divide the boards into two or three pieces with cling film. Each bundle needs to be put into the container one by one.

• Q:Where is our port?

The nearest port is Wuhu. Other ports include Nanjing, Shanghai, Qingdao and Ningbo. We are happy to choose Wuhu to save costs and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

How are LCL products delivered? (LCL = Less than Container Load) Since the panels need to be shorter than 4 meters to be shipped safely, we ship the goods to our Shanghai warehouse after arranging the vessel. However, LCL goods are much more expensive than full container goods.
